Refund policy

Our products are made with durability in mind, although there may be rare occurrences in which hardware may need replaced. Our warranty covers any issue with hardware which include;

• Buckle breaks or no longer works
• Screws, D-Rings or O-rings break
• Trigger hook stops working or breaks

We will not cover damage done by your pet or misuse of the product, as well as every day wear and tear, such as;

• Damage by chewing/biting/scratching
• Natural colour changes of products due to water or sun etc.
• Wearing off finish on hardware
• Tarnish marks left that the hardware may cause on the biothane.

If products are needing replaced, shipping will be at the expense of the customer.

Keep in mind due to complete customization of our products, we do not offer any returns or exchanges, please ensure you take your dogs proper measurements before ordering.

Modifications may be made if you reach out before the items are built, once the item has been made and packaged we no longer allow further changes, exchanges, or returns.
